Choosing the right forming fabric has become much easier now. No matter what machine type you run or what kind of paper you produce, with H-Series forming fabrics you can significantly improve your paper or board quality and machine productivity.
The H-Series offers four types: The Printform HS, HQ, HR and the Multiform HC - a product range covering the production from magazine, newsprint, copy to board and packaging paper.
All H-Series fabrics apply weft-bound SSB technology that is characterized by a considerable difference of yarn diameter on the paper side and the wear side: fine yarn on the paper side for excellent paper smoothness; coarser yarn on the wear side for optimum abrasion resistance, stability and fabric life.
A new feature of the new H-Series fabrics is the cross-directional orientated mesh. This enhances the support of the longitudinal orientated fibers without reducing the open area of the forming fabric. The result is an outstanding Fiber Support Index of up to 234 for the PrintForm HS fabric.
